Moi je ne sais pas comment marche ton emulateur. J'ai la version 1.5 donc j'ai pas trop de probleme.

Here is a quick setup guide on how i got mine to work (only tried metal slug 2 but it works perfectly)
1. Download Neogeo CDZ 1.6, the newest version.
2. Extract files into PSP\GAME. Delete 1.5 folder, i use 1.0 folder and it works fine.
3. In the 1.0 folder, you should see:
Config (Folder)
Snap(Folder)
logo.bmp
EBOOT.pbp
4. Download the BIOS and extract it into your 1.0 folder, should be:
neocd.bin
5. Find the ISO of your game CD, extract the files into a folder in your PSP\GAME\1.0 folder, example:
Metal Slug 2 (folder)
6. Start up the Emulator, it should be a file browser type menu. On the bottom is says "(square): Boot BIOS". Hit square and load the bios. You should then see the Neo Geo menu where it has the CD Player on the right, and Game menu on the left. Now hit the L button on your psp to get to the emulator menu. Go into Game Configration, then where it says Emulate Load Screen, change it to Yes.
7. Hit X to return to main menu, it should ask you to restart, so then the BIOS will restart. Hit L again, then scroll down and go to "Return to file browser", this should bring you back to the file browser.
8. Scroll down to your rom folder, then hit O. A box should come up, "Found NEOCD Directory", hit O to launch the game. Your loading screen should come up! Congrats, now blow up some soldiers in MS or whatever game you got!
