I extracted the AFS container and got this SRF file (subtitles) and I got 10 STR files (voices). I would say these are the 10 lines you are talking about.

I opened this SRF file now in a Hex editor and it says about this:

So it seems like the 10 subtitles are really existing but maybe empty.
Do I need to edit it with another method? Maybe with a hex editor?

No, you should be able to edit those 10 empty subs with the Cinematics Editor, as usual.
