En fait, 3Gp converter etant un programme japonais, fallait chercher sur le web jap tout simplement.
Donc avec ca, ca marche nickel ( a mettre dans le transcoding.ini ) :

Il faut rajouter l'option " -vlevel 13" pour que la video puisse etre lue
Apres quelques tests, une video en MPEG2 de 1GB qui fait 20min donne :
