"Gamecube linux vient de réussir l'exploit pour les des homebrew :

6 Jan 2006: Discs booting too from the original IPL Using the recently updated 8cubeboot-tools-0.2 http://sourceforge.net/project/showf...ease_id=383216 package it is now possible to build bootable homebrew iso9660 discs that work in addition with the original IPL, while having drive code extensions loaded.

This means, for example, that people with "drivechips" will be able to build their own homebrew discs.

As a proof of concept, two bzip2-compressed iso9660 disc images are available for testing:

and a disc which boots Costis' SDload

Pour pas preter a confusion, il faudrait préciser que pour booter un dvd, il faut
- un puce avec un bios de remplacememnt
- un drive-chip (xenoGC)
- l'exploit logiciel PSO

Pas question pour l'instant de booter quoi que ce soit directement sans puce, domage...
